Halloween spider pizzette
Ingredients:
- 1 roll of puff pastry
- 60g pitted black olives (2 small pizzas)
- 200g tomato puree
Directions:
- Start by making disks of about 5-6cm in diameter from the puff pastry. To do this you can use a cookie cutter or, if you don’t have it, even a normal glass.
- Then place the discs on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper and then place a generous teaspoon of tomato sauce in the center of each pizza.
- With the help of a teaspoon, spread the puree so as to almost completely cover the pizza with the tomato sauce.
- Then move on to the olives, dividing them in half, you will need half an olive for each pizza to form the body of the spider.
- Then cut the other half of the olive into thin wedges, to obtain 8 from each half. These will be used to form the legs and you will have to place 8 on each pizza, 4 on each side.
- At this point, bake in a preheated oven at 180° C static for 12-15 minutes. Then remove from the oven and serve warm or cold.
