Bulgogi – Korean grilled beef

Bulgogi – Korean grilled beef. This is one of the most famous Korean dishes in the world, made even more famous by the release of the Squid Game series, set in South Korea. This dish is cooked on the grill or on a cast iron hob. Since a barbecue takes a long time and not everyone has a cast iron cooking surface, I thought of proposing a simplified version, which involves cooking in a pan.

All the aromas used for the marinade and to accompany the meat are those typical of this recipe. Therefore the flavor will be very similar, but a little less smoky, given the different cooking method. Nothing stops you from trying the barbecue too, if you get the chance. In this case, it will be necessary to cook on a very hot grill for 5-6 minutes. So cooking is faster than the 8-10, required by the pan version.
